30-Day Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging when possible
  • Not show signs of use or damage caused after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged through misuse
  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We'll work quickly to replace the item or issue a full refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • We shipped the wrong item
  • The item has a manufacturing defect

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like a different design, color, or size, please contact us before returning your order. We'll help arrange an exchange whenever possible.
