Refund policy
Berkshire Bong Co. only accepts returns for store credit or product exchanges.
If you find that your item contains a manufacturing defect, we will exchange that item for a new one.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if item is suspected to not be in brand new condition.
1. Please email returns@berkshirebongs.com to request a return.
2. Include the word RETURN and your order number in the subject line.
3. Please provide us with a brief description of why you would like to exchange the item.
If your exchange is accepted we will provide you with a return address. You are responsible for return postage.
Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
